    Symphony Trip

    March, 2nd 2012

    The Norwin Band Directors will be taking any interested students to see the Pittsburgh Symphony on March, 2nd 2012.  The cost per student for this trip will be $26.00 per person.  This pays for the ticket and bus cost.  We will also be stopping for dinner that evening – students will need to have money to pay for their own meal (approximately 15.00 – 25.00 including tip).

    There will be only be 40 spots available.  These will be given out on a first pay first serve basis.

    Schedule:

    4:40 PM Building Opens – Report to Norwin HS Band Room

    5 PM Depart for Dinner

    6 – 7 PM Dinner (location TBD)

    8 – 9:45 PM Symphony

    11:00 PM Arrive @ Norwin HS

     

    Dress:

    You will be required to dress for the occasion.  Wear something nice!  No sweatpants, hats, jeans, shorts, or t-shirts.

    Mr. Robert Traugh is Director of Bands at Norwin High School where the Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and the Norwin Marching Band are under his leadership. In addition, he also teaches AP Music Theory and Repertoire Classes.
